Both Jake and my Mom share the same birthday... July 15th.
Jake's parents were totally awesome and made us all a steak dinner!
Afterward, we had German Chocolate Cheesecake for my Mom and Pig Lickin' Cake for Jake.

Happy Bday to all...I'm going right now to google pig lickin cake and if I don't find it I want the recipe!
It's super easy Jennifer:
1. Bake a box mix of Butter Cake as instructed.
2.Pour a large can of crushed pineapple (undrained) and a box of instant vanilla pudding into a bowl, stir together and let it sit for a moment.
3.Then fold in a tub of cool whip and frost cake with the pineapple-cool whip mixture.
4.Top with coconut.
Voila, Jake's all time favorite, Pig Lickin' Cake.
It looks like a bomb went off when I blew out my candles!
